Mark A. DiCello Esq., has been a member of the DiCello Firm since 1996. He has focused his practice on Single Action and Mass Action Tort Law, Wrongful Death and Trucking Litigation.

Mr. DiCello attended the University of Dayton and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1994 and was admitted to the Ohio State Bar that same year. He has also been admitted to the State Bar of New York State and is a member of the Ohio State and New York State Bar Associations.

He is a former Assistant Prosecutor for the Office of the lake County Prosecutor, in Lake County Ohio, and enjoyed success as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Felony Division. He has been admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and currently serves as a Governing Trustee of The Ohio Academy. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Mental Health Services for Homeless Persons (MHS) of Cuyahoga County, Ohio and has assisted that agency in creating the most comprehensive, single-agency continuum of care and services for homeless and disabled individuals in Ohio, with stable funding from diversified sources.

In addition to the above, Mr. DiCello has obtained verdicts and settlements of numerous claims for his clients for millions of dollars in recovery. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is also currently serving as co-counsel in the VIOXX products liability litigation.

In the Spring of 2006, Mr. DiCello lectured throughout the State of Pennsylvania on underinsured motorist cases and trial strategy. In representing interests of catastrophically injured people, Mr. DiCello believes in pursuing excellence in all of his endeavors. Mr. DiCello's reputation for exceedingly competent work and good results is well known.
